It says it couldn't read my menu

Get closer so the text fills the frame, turn the flash on if the room is dim, and shoot one section at a time rather than the whole menu at once. A failed scan never uses up a free scan.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so this works on a new phone as long as you are signed in with the same one.

How do I cancel the Trip Pass?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Menu Goat → Cancel.

Can I trust the allergen tags?

Treat them as a hint, never as an answer. They are produced by an AI reading a photograph of a menu, and they can be wrong or incomplete. If you have an allergy, confirm with the restaurant staff before ordering.
